The problem

Travel booking asks a lot of a visitor before they commit — dates, group size, itinerary variants — and every extra step in that flow costs a booking.

Approach

  1. 01Compressed the enquiry-to-booking path and let visitors explore itineraries without committing up front.
  2. 02Made trip content rich but fast, since imagery sells the trip and latency kills it.

Outcome

  • Browsing, planning and booking unified in one flow.
